One parcel, perfected. Boiled, tossed or fried — never anything less than made in front of you.
Wontoneria redefines Chinese fast food by refusing to do everything. Where a traditional Chinese restaurant spreads itself across two hundred dishes, we built the whole house around one — the handcrafted wonton.
That is what a mono-product concept actually means. Fewer decisions at the counter. No filler. A dough that gets folded, filled and dropped the moment you order it, complemented by a tight, curated run of starters, soups and noodles that exist only to make the wonton taste better.
Authentic in technique, modern in tempo. Chinese street food with the noise turned down and the craft turned all the way up.
Same handmade parcel. Four completely different plates. Pick your temperature, pick your heat, pick your bowl.
The purist's bowl. Parcels poached and floated in a long-simmered broth with baby pak choi and a spoon of aroma oil.
No broth, all sauce. Tossed hard in a sharp hot-and-sour dressing and finished with cut spring onion.
Dropped until the wrapper blisters and shatters. Served with a nutty veg sesame sauce for dunking.
The full plate. Wontons stacked over lamian noodles in our house sauce with coriander and spring onion.
The counter is the theatre. At the heart of every Wontoneria is the live preparation of wontons and noodles — dough pulled, parcels pleated, woks lit, all of it happening at eye level while you wait.
Nothing is pre-plated in a back room. You watch the artistry of Chinese dumpling-making, then you eat the result about ninety seconds later.

at its best.
Pull up a stool at the counter, or let the parcels come to you. Either way they're made the minute you ask.
